Coca-Cola’s HQ internal communications and digital workplace teams hired me to augment their teams and advise on the launch of their global Yammer network. I reviewed and created launch plans (including a pilot), applying recommendations and implementations to ensure the success on launch day. This included business value/use case generation and training for the Digital Workplace team, internal communications, HR and executives.
I also designed and delivered a 12-week executive coaching program. In this I worked with the senior leadership team for Latin America on how to engage employees and drive business innovation strategy through Yammer and Teams.
